Payment
All eligible returns will be refunded to the buyer using the same form of payment which was originally used to make the purchase.
If you change Banks/Credit card info between the purchase and the return, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution and advise that a refund will be sent to previous account.
Refund funds cannot be used toward another purchase. The refunded transaction needs to be completed per item.
MyDesignerly will process refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
If a bank gift card was used for the purchase, please do not discard card until you are certain the item will not be returned.
Layaway Purchase
As agreed to when initiating any Layaway order, there is a 30% layaway service fee for a cancellation or return of a Layaway item. It applies to cancellations prior to shipping as well as items returned after purchase.
As stated in Layaway program, the layaway service fee is 30% of the price of the item.
All other Return policies apply to Layaway returns.
It is recommended that if there is a possibility of returning item, the item should be purchased outright (not layaway) and you would have the bag for up to 30 days after the date of purchase to decide, therefore eliminating the layaway service fee if returned.
Layaway is completely free so long as the layaway is completed and not returned.
Item Condition & Tags
Our MyDesignerly tag return tagmust be attached to receive a full refund. Please return items in the dust bags provided.
Item must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dust bag, box, lock, etc.)
If item is returned to MyDesignerly but it not eligible for full refund due to shipping after 7 days of purchase, the return will be considered as a "Buy Back" at 70% of the purchase price if it meets that programs qualifications.

As a re-seller of previously owned luxury goods and we sell as is, we do not provide a “warranty” of the workmanship of the brand—that would be covered by the brand manufacturer and you should contact them.
